COLOR CONSULTATIONS

IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE STYLIST FOR SELECT SERVICES. HOWEVER, ANY NEW COLOR GUEST IS REQUIRED TO FILL OUR 'NEW CLIENT REQUEST' INQUIRY PRIOR TO BOOKING.  THIS INFORMATION HELPS US TO KNOW YOUR HISTORY AND GOALS TO BOOK THE PROPER SERVICES AND TIMING FOR YOUR SESSION.

 

YOU CAN STILL REQUEST AN IN-PERSON COMPLIMENTARY CONSULATION IF YOU NEED MORE GUIDANCE OR HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.

 A $30 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OR NO SHOWS.

CANCELLATIONS

WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO KINDLY GIVE AT LEAST A 48-HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELATIONS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS: PHONE, TEXT, OR VOICEMAIL IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AFTER HOURS. OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

CONFIRMATIONS GO OUT VIA TEXT MESSAGE/ EMAIL 7 DAYS & 4 DAYS BEFORE ONE'S SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 50% CANCELLATION FEE BASED ON THE SERVICE OR SERVICES BOOKED. 

NO CALL. NO SHOW. WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES BOOKED AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER VISIT AT THE STUDIO.

DEPOSITS/CREDIT CARDS

A DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR LARGE TRANSFORMATIONAL COLORS OR CORRECTIVE COLORS UPON BOOKING.  PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE TO A FUTURE SESSION. 

A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE FOR ANY GUEST BOOKING A CONSULTATION OR SERVICE.  

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS AT THE STUDIO, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THIS POLICY ENSURES THAT YOUR STYLIST CAN PERFORM TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, AND THAT OTHER GUESTS ARE ABLE TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN THE STUDIO DURING THEIR VISIT.
