CONSULTATIONS
CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY NEW COLOR GUEST, AND FOR SELECT SERVICES.
YOUR STYLIST WILL ANALYZE THE HEALTH OF YOUR HAIR, DISCUSS YOUR HAIR HISTORY, GOALS, BUDGET, AND OVERALL MAINTENANCE. A STRAND TEST MAY BE REQUIRED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE COMPLIMENTARY. HOWEVER, A $30 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY NO SHOWS TO BOOK A FUTURE CONSULTATION.
CANCELLATIONS
WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO KINDLY GIVE AT LEAST A 48-HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELATIONS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS: PHONE, VOICEMAIL, OR DM IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AFTER HOURS. OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
CONFIRMATIONS GO OUT VIA TEXT MESSAGE/ EMAIL 5 DAYS BEFORE ONE'S SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 50% CANCELLATION FEE BASED ON THE SERVICE OR SERVICES BOOKED.
NO CALL. NO SHOW. WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES BOOKED AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER VISIT AT THE STUDIO.
DEPOSITS/CREDIT CARDS
A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR FIRST TIME COLOR GUESTS UPON BOOKING. PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE TO A FUTURE SESSION.
A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE FOR ANY GUEST BOOKING A CONSULTATION OR SERVICE.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HOWEVER, IF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED IS NOT MEETING YOUR STANDARDS, WE WILL EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT(S) FOR SOMETHING ELSE OF EQUAL VALUE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS AT THE STUDIO, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THIS POLICY ENSURES THAT YOUR STYLIST CAN PERFORM TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, AND THAT OTHER GUESTS ARE ABLE TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN THE STUDIO DURING THEIR VISIT.
