NICOLE

OWNER AND STYLIST

My journey in the industry started over 22 years ago, with 17 of those years behind the chair, and 5 years ago I started my venture to opening Rustic Roots! My dream has always been to create a space where my guests feel at home. A place with positive energy to relax and recharge, while getting pampered! I have always had a natural passion for hair and everything the industry has to offer. Some of my favorite looks to create are organic lived-in blondes and brunettes, sun-kissed tones, and textured cuts and finishing.

I take pride in continuing my education with some of the top educators and brands for updated hair techniques and business strategies. Sharing my knowledge with my guests and other stylists fuels my desire to perfect my craft.

When I'm not in the studio, I enjoy time with my family, especially my sons Tucker (10) and Bennett (6). I also like going to local restaurants and shops or binge watching a good series.

ALEXANDRA

STYLIST

With 8 years of experience in the industry, my passion for beauty and hair care continues to grow every day. From a young age, I was drawn to the idea of giving back, and I even wrote myself a letter in 5th grade saying I would one day be a cosmetologist. Today, I specialize in lived-in color, helping you achieve your ideal hair color while maintaining a seamless blend of dimension and contrast. For me, great color is only part of the equation — I also focus on crafting the perfect finish and shape that complements both your hair and lifestyle.

I’m committed to continuously improving my skills and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education. I truly believe in the power of sharing knowledge and love helping others tackle their hair challenges and achieve their goals.

Outside the studio, I love spending time with my family, working out, baking sourdough, and connecting with nature. I’m excited to meet you and help you turn your hair dreams into reality.

BREANNE

GUEST SPECIALIST

Whether it's gracing you with her positive energy, making that delicious coffee, or taking that perfect picture; Bree is an important part of your studio experience. As our salon coordinator she takes her organizational skills, and customer service to the next level. She's our right-hand girl when it comes to reserving your next hair session and engaging with our guests on our social media.

When Bree isn't in the studio, she is spending time with her family and being a new Mommy to her son Cade (6 months). She also enjoys working out, indulging in a good book, and cooking!

KYLA

GUEST SPECIALIST

With her calming presence and warm personality, Kyla is all about making your visit to the Studio feel relaxing and welcoming. As one of our amazing salon coordinators, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly- whether it's keeping the space spotless or ensuring a seamless flow throughout the day. She is also a creative force behind our social media, bringing you the fun and engaging videos you love to watch!

Outside the Studio, Kyla enjoys spending time with her lovable Boston Terrier, Tank, making memories with family and friends, taking spontaneous getaways, and treating herself to a little retail therapy.

We thoroughly enjoy creating an inviting space where our guests are pampered and guided throughout their hair journey. We look forward to spending time with our guests, not only to create amazing hair, but we also love getting to know you through our conversations and lots of laughs! Whether it's asking about your career, family, your favorite binge worthy shows or books, how to make those delicious recipes, and the adventurous places to travel. We enjoy engaging in it all!

Don't worry if you're not up for all the chatter, a quiet and relaxing visit is also just as important. We value your time spent with us in the studio, and want you to feel comfortable, pampered, and feeling beautiful from start to finish.
